GTPC is a Partnering Agreement between the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and the Georgia Highway Contractors Association (GHCA) that is focused on construction and project delivery.  The Steering Committee consists of both GDOT and GHCA senior leadership, and the Sub-Committees are made of GDOT and GHCA member personnel who deal with the subject matter on a day-to-day basis.

Sub-Committees meet throughout the year to work on specific issues and typically report their activities at a yearly meeting that draws about 200 GDOT and 200 GHCA Contractor personnel.
