 airs in late winter/spring throughout the state. As construction industry 
 hiring remains challenging\, the job fairs are a good way to continue to r
 aise awareness about careers in our industry. The objectives of the fairs 
 include:\n\nReaching out to those who are currently looking for jobs in ro
 ad construction (experienced and non-experienced)\, helping you to fill cu
 rrent job openings.\nReaching out to high schools and technical colleges w
 ith skilled trade tracks that include construction\, CDL\, carpentry\, hea
 vy equipment repair\, etc. We will promote the job fairs to teachers and g
 uidance counselors and encourage them to bring their students. All of thes
 e groups are important as we continue to raise awareness about highway con
 struction careers among the future workforce.\n\nThere is no cost for GHCA
