The purpose of the GDOT’s QCT Level 2 training is to provide review of process control adjustments to the asphalt plant operations to Quality Control Technician, inform technicians of changes or revision in GDOT’s specifications and testing procedures and improve overall quality in bituminous materials production procedures.
